Attorney Glenn M. Stoddard is an experienced and effective lawyer who practices throughout the State of Wisconsin, emphasizing civil rights and environmental law. He typically handles cases involving civil rights and constitutional law, environmental and natural resources law, land use and zoning law, local government law, employment law and discrimination, and state and federal civil litigation.

Attorney Stoddard often represents individuals, citizen groups, local governments, small businesses, Native American Indian Tribes, and nonprofit organizations.

Attorney Stoddard is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He represents clients in trials and hearings in state and federal courts, as well as before appellate courts, and administrative agencies. He also represents clients before the Wisconsin Legislature, and before county and local governments. Several of Attorney Stoddard’s cases have led to significant appellate court decisions. Attorney Stoddard also often works on a co-counsel basis with other lawyers and law firms.
